Performing Arts Parties

We understand the importance of nurturing creativity and building confidence in others. Our team is committed to making their dreams a reality, creating a supportive environment where their talents can shine brightly!

1. Booking and Confirmation:

• A confirmed booking requires a deposit at the time of booking as well as an advance payment no later than a week before your party date.

• The booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and advance payment.

• Full payment must be made prior to the start of the party through our approved business Monzo payment method.

  2. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • If cancellation occurs within 48 hours before the scheduled party, re-scheduling within an appropriate time-frame can be arranged depending on entertainer availability.

  3. Party Duration:

  • We kindly request that the entertainment duration be strictly adhered to as our performers may have other commitments and engagements following your scheduled party. To ensure our entertainers can maintain their punctuality for subsequent bookings, we regret that they cannot extend their stay beyond the allocated time slot. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and will make every effort to deliver a magical experience within the agreed- upon time frame. Thank you for your cooperation.

  4. Party Venue:

• The client is responsible for providing a safe and appropriate venue for the party, ensuring it meets any necessary health and safety requirements.

• The company's entertainers have the right to refuse performing in any location they deem unsafe or unsuitable.

• The performer must be provided with free parking within a nearby vicinity of your venue location.

5. Party Guests:

• The client must inform the company in advance of the estimated number of party guests.

• Our standard party plan is designed to accommodate up to 25 children for one entertainer and 50 children for two.

• To maintain the high quality of our party plan and ensure that each child receives personalised attention and participation, numbers exceeding 25 for 1 hour packages and below will require the assistance of a second entertainer.
• Adding another entertainer will guarantee that every child can fully immerse themselves in the festivities and have a memorable time. We prioritise the satisfaction of all our young guests and believe that the presence of two entertainers for larger groups will enhance the overall party experience.

6. Performer Selection:

• While the company will strive to accommodate specific performer requests, the assignment of a particular entertainer is subject to availability.

7. Performance Content:

• The company's performing arts hosts will provide age-appropriate entertainment and maintain a positive, family-friendly environment.

• The company reserves the right to modify or adapt the performance content as needed for the age group and audience but all attributes within your chosen package will be included unless you have chosen otherwise.

8. Parental Supervision:

• Parental or guardian supervision is required for all children during the party, especially for those aged 4 years and below.

• In the event of disruptive behaviour, where our entertainers will adapt to the situation, we kindly ask that it is the parent/guardians responsibility to diffuse the situation.

9. Liability and Safety:

• The company takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the children during the party.

• Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children during the event.

10. Photography and Media:

• Every Wish Entertainment welcomes the opportunity to view and potentially use any photographs or videos taken during the party for promotional purposes. If you're agreeable, we'll ensure that children's faces are covered even with permission granted in exception of video footage.

11. Disruption and Bouncy Castles:

• To ensure a pleasant experience for all attendees, we kindly request parents to help maintain a serene environment by keeping noise levels to a minimum.

• If bouncy castles are present, we kindly ask for your cooperation in deflating them during the entertainer's performance to enhance children's engagement and safety.

• We are more than happy to collaborate with external entertainers, such as face painters or magicians. To ensure seamless coordination, we kindly request that you connect us with them prior to the event, allowing us to plan and organise together effectively.

  12. Travel

• If our entertainers need to travel to a venue located beyond a 30-mile radius from their base, an additional surcharge will apply, starting at £10 and increasing based on the distance. However, we make every effort to include locations within Surrey, London, and West Sussex without incurring any surcharge.

  13. Insurance

• Our company maintains public liability insurance coverage up to £1 million. Additionally, any freelance entertainers collaborating with us are required to carry their own public liability insurance.

  14. Feedback

• At Every Wish Entertainment, we wholeheartedly value your feedback following our entertainment services. Your insights are instrumental in our ongoing efforts to enhance and elevate our party plans. We sincerely appreciate your thoughts and contributions and welcome them via email, google or text to your entertainer once your event has concluded.

  15. DBS Checks

• Your main party host will be fully DBS checked with records readily available upon request for your perusal if needed.

  16. Glitter tattoos

• Please note that as a general advisory concern, glitter tattoos are not recommended for children under 3 years or those who suffer with sensitive skin. Our entertainers will also not provide glitter tattoos to the face, we recommend applying to the hand or arm area only. 

• Waterproof durability: The temporary glitter tattoo can last 3-7 days even in water if you don't remove it. The manufacturer states that all ingredients are skin friendly and safe. They can be safely removed with warm water or make-up remover.

• In the event that there are guests at your party who suffer from sensitive skin, we also provide water based temporary tattoos without glitter which are made of non-toxic waterproof plastic.

  17. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• Every Wish Entertainment reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients will be informed of any changes.
